On Thursday 5th November 2020 Smartphone maker – Infinix Mobility through Infinix Uganda launched two phones under the Note series flagship on the Ugandan market. The Infinix Note 8 and Note 8i smartphones are the successors of the ingenious Note 7 and expectedly feature many improved capabilities that you would find exciting. Both phones are coming through with upgraded features that suit the emerging trends and new expectations.

In this specific upgrade, Infinix drops the micro USB 2.0 type and adopts a type C USB then expands the hole punch on the screen to add you another selfie camera then goes ahead to provide more screen. The Infinix Note 8 makes a compelling case yet for a supersize big battery stylus phone, good camera setup, affordable and very potent. Both the 8 and 8i offer big screens and quad rear cameras.

The Infinix Note 8 and Note 8i are now in all retail outlets around the country. The Infinix 8 smartphone was launched with a 782,000UGX price tag.

Infinix has thrown its hat in the 2020 low- to mid-tier ring with its new Note 8 series. Expanding its portfolio of budget-range smartphones, the Shenzhen-based company launched the Infinix Note 8 and Note 8i at a virtual event earlier – on 16th October 2016.

While launching the phones in Uganda at the Carl Care Service Centre on Thursday, one of the Infinix Uganda correspondents said, “The Infinix Note 8 smartphones are built as a super next gen phones that suit today’s trends and meets your expectation. It is powered by an Octa-core processor and a MediaTek Helio G80 Chipset. It has 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. It runs on Android v10 (Q) operating system.”

The Infinix Note 8 and Note 8i feature a noticeable bottom bezel with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and quad rear camera setup complemented by dual selfies. Both models runs on an Android v10 (Q) operating system. The phones are powered by Octa-core (2×2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6×1.8 GHz Cortex-A55) processor. They run on the MediaTek Helio G80 Chipset. They have 6 GB, 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage.
