After a three week long break the much awaited Nile Special Stout Rugby League returns this week. Round one of the league rekindles this Saturday the 11th January 2019.

Round one of the League ended mid December as everyone broke off for the Christmas holiday.

Table Standings of the league have the Hima Cement Heathens, 9 Barrels Warriors, Betway Kobs, Stanbic Black Pirates and Plascon mongers floating at top, in positions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 respectively.

While at the bottom we have the Makerere Impis, Mulago Rams, Toyota Buffaloes, Jinja Hippos and the Shell Rimula Rhinos (from bottom).

The big questions is: Who keeps their place? Who climbs a rill higher this week and who falls?

Who’s your money on? Who takes the 40M prize?

Catching a rugby match has become a new way to spend quality time on a weekend. Nile special stouts go for 2500/= per bottle at all match venues. This has become the new drink of the game. Try catching any of this week’s games at the venues indicated on the fixtures below.
